Fijilive, Friday 19th June) The Fiji Institute of Technology is in the process of putting together a Memorandum of Understanding with other Pacific countries to open up schools in their islands.
Director of FIT Ganesh Chand said after launching the Technical Vocational Training education (TVET) Degree program this week, they have been approached by countries like the Solomon Islands to start the TVET studies.So far 15 students have registered for the three year course with teachers like Professor Subash Chand from the University of the South Pacific heading the three year program.
